OUR SHOP POLICIES

DELIVERY

3-5 business days for domestic orders

We will do our best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the carrier and delivery method chosen. We ship our orders via Canada Post.

Please note that there may be delivery delays during the holiday season (November-December)

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

SHIPPING

We currently only ship to Canada and the US.

We have $10 flat rate shipping on orders less than $75 and free shipping for all orders over $75 prior to tax. Free shipping will automatically apply to your cart if you are from Canada or US when the minimum order requirement is met.

For local delivery we have a flat rate of $5 for orders under $30 and free delivery for all orders over $30 prior to tax. Free delivery will automatically apply to your cart if you are within the Winnipeg area. Orders will be delivered every Sunday of the week, so if you order on a Monday, we will deliver your package on the following Sunday.

Meleti Teas is not responsible for packages not received due to wrong addresses, missing information, or not having someone present to receive packages.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Meleti Tea Ltd accepts various payment methods through secure and trusted payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal. Refer to their respective platforms for more information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We can accept returns for merchandise

Contact us within 14 days of delivery

Dispatch item back within: 30 days of delivery

We can not accept returns for our loose leaf tea. However, if there is an issue with your order please email info@meletiteas.com.

We don’t accept exchanges or cancellations but please contact us at info@meletiteas.com if you have any problems with your order

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
