This cold brew elderberry hibiscus is refreshing and delicious. Great for a hot summer day.

How to make cold brew elderberry hibiscus

  • 3 Tablespoons of Enchanting Elderberry Hibisbus loose leaf tea
  • 1 L Filtered Water at Room Temperature or Cold
  • Steep tea for 6-12 hours (easiest to put in the fridge overnight)
  • Once the tea is finished steeping in the fridge – Use stainless steel mesh tea strainer or anything that you have to strain the tea into a serving jug
  • Add ice as desired but it’s already cold so no need to add ice if you like the full flavor!

If you want to make more than 1L of Cold Brew Tea

Use 3 tablespoons of Enchanting Elderberry Hibiscus loose leaf tea for every 5 cups of water (~1200ml ~ 1.2L)**

Steep time should be the same

Sugar is not needed for this recipe but feel free to play around with it and add sugar or honey if you want to!
